Ethan is TWO! and Easter!

So last weekend we took a trip to Salt Lake. Ethan's Birthday was on Friday, Easter was Sunday and went to an aquarium on Monday. Since so many things happened, this will be one BIG post again.

I still can't believe I am a mom to a two year old. I definately dont feel old enough. This is what I bought him for his birthday, i dont really even know what they are called but remember having one when I was little. You change the picture and look in the thingie....ya well he thought it was pretty cool too.
And his cake was delicious, thanks to Bryan's mom. Who doesn't love polka dot cake? I dont know why but it wont let me type by the picture. The other picture is with his Uncle Alex. Ethan LOVES Alex. He just wanted to be around him all weekend. If he got hurt, he would go to Alex. When he wanted to play "pea-tong" (ping pong), he would go to Alex. He did everything with Alex!

This is Easter morning. I love his morning face! He was really excited to do the egg hunt, it was fun watching him get excited to find an egg and run to put it in his basket

Here is Bryan's basket
And Ethan's.....And mine....you can tell which ones had a girly touch. Haha, I got SOOO much candy!

These are Bryan's cousin's kids. Ethan doesn't have any cousins yet...sad I know =(. They were cute together. Ethan is pretty timid though so they were running all over him.

This is at the aquarium. We thought Ethan would like it, but we had no idea how much! He was SO excited to see each new thing!

He would say "whoa dude!" to the turtles.
Nemo was of course a huge deal. He had just tripped and was crying but when we showed him Nemo, he stopped crying and in a very excited voice screamed "MEMO!!!!!!" I can't believe he was happy putting his hands in the cold water. He HATES water, but he wanted to touch the sting rays!
This grosses me out. I dont even like the picture of it. Uh....octupus' scare me
The Utah fish. I dont remember what they were. Probably some kind of trout. He loved the little frogs. He could have watched them all day. Everytime one would jump, he would giggle.
And of course, more of Alex and Ethan. They are buds.Ethan has a pretty cool daddy. He got him goldfish for his birthday. Ethan was really excited! When they bagged them up for us to take home, Ethan was holding the bag so tight to be careful. He was really really really excited.

And they probably wont live long. He really likes to touch them. We figure at 28 cents a fish, he can do whatever he wants
